Starting Level 2 on 30-day Shred (Personal Post)

So recently, I just finished with level 1 on 30-day shred and based on what other people have been saying, level 2 is hard as hell. I’m scared! haha. Even when I do level 1, I’m like dripping sweat. I really like 30-day Shred, because I feel like it really works. I feel totally awesome after it :D

I’m a bit hesitant to start Insanity. :/ I’ve also been doing Hip-Hop Abs and it’s been awesome as well. The only weird thing is, after working out, my abs aren’t sore, but my back and shoulders are sore… hmmm 

Made this last night. :]Baked egg in an avocado topped with diced tomatoes and jalapenos. Tiny bit of cheese. nom nom nom

  • Bust: Same (thank you.)
  • Chest: Same
  • Waist: -2.5 inches :DD
  • Hips: +0.5 inches (Doin’ work on that butt)
  • Thighs: -1.0 inch
  • Upper Arms: -1.0 inch
  • Calves: -0.5 inch

Miles I ran this month: 48 miles
