Day 2: What is your height? How do you feel about your height?
My height is 5’4. Well, I think I am. I wish i was just a little bit taller. I feel short around people, but I’m considered to be taller in my family. haha. I’m not that self-conscious about my height. It’s not that big of a deal. I have really short legs and I wish they were just longer, which would make me taller :/
Day 3: A picture of one of your rewards (dress, shoes, etc.). Why is this a reward? At what point will you “earn” this reward?

This is one of my rewards because I know that when I get to my weight goal of about 120, I won’t be as motivated to lose weight and I want to get these shoes to keep me going and motivating me to go running. They are expensive so I will make sure that I run in them all the time. I’ll have to get my money’s worth by running A LOT! I also really wanted them for quite awhile. I like the nike ID thing as well because it records how much I run.
Day 4: Your greatest fear regarding your weight loss
Hmm. I really don’t have any fears about losing weight. Isn’t it a positive thing? I guess I would have to say losing my boobs. I don’t have any boobs, but if i just lose a little bit, that you be devastating. I don’t want to lose something I barely have. haha
I guess another one is having it being distracted from my school work, which is my number one priority in college.
Day 5: Why do you really want to lose this weight? Who are you doing this for?
I really want to lose this weight because I don’t like the way I look right now. I wish i was skinnier and could look better in the clothes I wear. haha. I want to wear what I want and not worry about how i look in them. Also, because my sister is always reminding me that I’m fat… :/ Hate my legs A LOT!
I’m doing this for myself because I feel like I deserve it. I deserve to feel better about myself and also I like feeling good about myself :] I want to be fit and benefit from it in the long-run.
Day 6: Do you have any disordered eating habits? How do you overcome/cope with them?
I don’t have any disordered eating habits. Not that I know of. haha. I’ve always been trying to be more fit than more skinny.

Day 7: Who knows about your weight loss journey? What do they think about it?
Hmm. Not that many people I know personally know about my weight loss journey. A few friends of mine on tumblr. They think that it’s cool that I’m doing this. They get motivated by my posts.

Day 8: Your workout routine
In the afternoon: Elliptical for 40 minutes
At Night (about 90 minutes) :
- Elliptical or Stationary Bike for 30 minutes
- Ab workout (bicycle crunches, planks, other stretches)
- Calf workout (machine)
Day 9: What are your co-workers’/friends’/family’s reactions to your weightloss? Positive or negative?
My weightloss hasn’t been that drastic besides the fact that I got more toned. After i posted my progress picture, I got a lot of positive reactions. BUT Since I’ve been home for the break, people have been telling me that I lost weight :]
Day 10: Do you feel like you have given anything up over the course of this process? If yes, what is it, and how do you feel about making the sacrifice?
Uh. I gave up sleep. haha I used to sleep a whole lot! I slept in late, but since I started, I’ve been waking up at like 7:30. I don’t feel bad about this sacrifice because it gets me up early and I’m productive. :D

This was the first fitblr that I followed and it inspired me to start my own blog :]
Day 12: Tell us what you ate today. Is this a typical meal plan for you? If not, what do you usually eat?
In the morning, I had an apple, banana, and milk. During lunch, I had a subway kid’s meal. Turkey on wheat with spicy mustard, lettuce, tomato, and cucumbers. For dinner, I had brown rice and korean side dishes. This isn’t really a typical meal plan. I usually eat an omelette and fruit in the morning. I usually eat a snack. For lunch, I eat salad and some protein.
Day 13: What are you doing to lose weight? Are you in a program or doing it on your own?
I’ve just been eating healthier and working out more often. Nothing out of the ordinary. I’m doing this on my own. I wish i had a workout buddy, but it’s okay :]
It’s a bit hard right now, during winter break, but I’ll figure it out. I might do insanity during the break :D
Day 14: What is your ultimate weightloss/fitness goal? Describe what made you choose this as your ultimate goal.
My UGW is 110 or less. I don’t really know why i chose it. It’s still in the healthy range and i can barely remember when i weighed that much.

Day 15: Are you vegan or vegetarian? If so, how has it affected your life, weightloss-related or otherwise? If not, would you ever consider it? Why or why not? Day 16: What made you decide to get healthy?
I am neither vegan nor vegetarian. I like meat too much. haha. I love chicken breast so I can’t give it up. I was vegetarian for a summer and it was awesome, but also really hard. I’ve considered it multiple times, but we’ll see.
I don’t really know what motivated me to get healthy. I can go into Gregory Gym for free, so why not take advantage of it? I go in there to run if i’m stressed or just bored. It’s a great motivation.
