How I’m going to do it

Process:

  • eat healthier : more fruit and vegetable and more small meals
  • work out: cardio AT LEAST 40 minutes a day/ try out insanity
  • no snacking after 7
  • no more junk food: chips, soda, candy…
  • keep track of what I eat
  • drink more green tea
  • be more active
  • Take a progress picture every week
